Contractor Compliance

There are many factors to consider for a contractor to be in compliance.

As a condition of receipt of federal and state funds, compliance with all federal and state civil rights and non-discrimination laws and policies are required.

Equal Employment Opportunities, Affirmative Action, Complaint and Grievance and other policies and procedures are requirements for all contractors, regardless of funding.

On-the-job training efforts and subcontractor compliance are also requirements of the Contractor.

Training in the Denver-metro area is usually conducted in February of each year. Training for the western slope is conducted usually in March and based on need. Advertisement and registration is posted on Connect2Dot.
