How CDOT's ESB Mentor-Protégé Program Works

Teaming

ESB Mentor-Protégé Teams self-pair and collaborate to respond to the annual application; CDOT does not assign Mentors with Protégés.

Tenure

Teams may stay in the ESB Mentor-Protege Program for up to 3 years, provided they remain in good standing. Teams may voluntarily leave the program at any time, however only teams completing at least two years in the program will be formally recognized and retain eligibility for benefits for one year post graduation.

Good Standing

In order to remain in good standing, Teams will be expected to:

• Attend program events
• Meet with the Team Liaison
• Provide 3 quarterly progress reports and a year-end summary report
