2010-13. December 09, 2010. This construction bulletin revises the CDOT Construction Manual to provide guidance on the execution of Change Orders. A recent Internal Audit indicates that CDOT has been paying for some change order work before the CDOT Form 90 has been fully executed.
2010-11. October 21, 2010. This construction bulletin revises the guidance given in Section 121.2.1 of the Construction Manual regarding the potential for hauling vehicles with overweight permits to deliver materials to non-interstate construction projects.

2010-9. October 21, 2010. This construction bulletin revises the CDOT Construction Manual by adding 101.103.61 Project Engineer (Consultant) to assist in clarification of duties and responsibilities for the Project Engineer when he is not a CDOT employee.
2010-7. September 24, 2010. This construction bulletin provides guidance on creating and maintaining drawdown schedules, which are required for all projects that use funds to pay third parties (consultants, contractors, and others). Drawdown schedules are not needed for local agency projects that do not use state funds and are not advertised by CDOT.
2010-6. September 24, 2010. This construction bulletin addresses project acceptance and completion of the Form 1212 with the SAP system on all projects that have been constructed.
