Comments and proposals for revising or creating new special provisions from concerned parties will be considered. CDOT personnel should direct these to their Specification Committee Region or Staff Branch Representative. Current Committee members are listed below. A completed Specification Revision Submittal Form is required by the Specifications Unit, which can be obtained by clicking here. Contractors who are members of Colorado Contractors Association (CCA) should direct their comments to Eldon Strong at CCA. Others not formally represented may address their comments directly to the CDOT Standards and Specifications Unit at the address indicated below.
