Please Note: THE CURRENT ASPHALT CEMENT COST ADJUSTMENT PRICES ARE NOW IN THE "2021 CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS" WEBSITE. PLEASE UPDATE ANY BOOKMARKS. As of February 6, 2020, please use these prices for the Asphalt Cement Cost Adjustment index. These monthly prices are averaged from the weekly "Poten & Partners" and "Argus Americas" prices for asphalt oil according to oil distilleries in Colorado and neighboring states. They accurately more reflect the true asphalt oil prices that CDOT uses for the plus (+) or minus (-) 10% changes according to the Revision of Section 109 - Asphalt Cement Cost Adjustment specification.
