6.3. — Program and Project Tracking

The third and most important process in dashboarding and monitoring is Program and Project Tracking. Every region has a method for doing this today. Region 3, for example, has created an “Uber Sheet” and Region 5 has created desk aids for planning and program management. Their purpose is the same: Manage the funding that moves in and out of programs and projects.

The third and final process map at the conclusion of this chapter details the steps, from a regional perspective, taken to manage their funds and their projects.
