Thanks from Boulder Canyon Association

The following note was received at CDOT Headquarters on October 18, 2013:

"The 26 families of the Swiss Peaks Homeowners Association would like to express our sincere gratitude for the high priority you placed on repairing and reopening Boulder Canyon Drive following the recent September heavy rains and flooding.  Your hard work and commitment led to the road reopening much sooner than expected, which was of tremendous value to all our mountain families, greatly reduced our travel times to Boulder, and increased our travel safety be eliminating the long commutes along narrow, pockmarked dirt roads.  It was a much appreciated quality accomplishment from your hard work and partnerships."

The letter was signed by Association President Linda Hachtel and Directors Chris Douty, Sue Patella, Walter Lund, and Paul Hartig.
