Plowing Courtesy Appreciated

Greg Friend, who lives near Sedalia, CO, just south of the Denver area, wrote to CDOT on April 23 to say thanks for something that occurred the week prior on April 17.

"I was waiting for the school bus with my daughter," he wrote.  "A big think you for your driver's consideration in raising the plow and not covering my car with snow.  I hope someone will take a minute to pass this along to that driver."

The incident occurred in the morning following a spring snowstorm.  The snowplow operator was John Thompson (TM-I, Patrol 26 at Sedalia, Denver Maintenance Section 5, Region 1) and the site was along SH 105, a short stretch of highway south of Sedalia
