Ski Racers Appreciate CDOT Assistance

Carolyn Beasley, representing the Rotary Club of the Chama Valley, and Marylin DeBoer wrote the following to Alamosa Maintenance Section 7, Region 5:

"We want to thank the Colorado Department of Transportation and your crew who plow the Cumbres & La Manga passes parking areas for keeping the area plowed and open for the Chama Chile Ski Classic races.  The event is getting more and more popular and we fill up the parking lot each year."

The kudos belong to Patrol 25 at La Manga Pass for Section 7.  Patrol members are TM-II Tony Velasquez; Willie Garcia; Gabe Martinez; and Jeff Mondragon; as well as temporary employees  Remigio Martinez; Joseph Romero; Lionel Valdez; and Toney Valdez.
