1. Download and review acronym list. Use as a reference during class.
2. Read the CDPS General Permit Stormwater Discharges Associated with Construction Activity Authorization to Discharge Under the Colorado Discharge Permit System (CDPS) COR 400000. The permit has been highlighted to focus the review to sections most relevant to the SWMP Requirements. 
3. Review CDOT Standard Specification 208. The specification has been highlighted to focus the review to sections most relevant to the SWMP Requirements.
4. Browse the CDOT LA website for an understanding of what is available.
5. Review the course case study SWMP site maps that illustrate the three project phases of stormwater management - initial, interim, and permanent stabilization.
