CDOT is hosting a public open house at the City of Thornton Infrastructure Maintenance Center located at 12450 Washington St. in Thornton to provide information to residents and businesses regarding the proposed extension of the current Express Lanes project along I-25 between US 36 and 120th Ave. The northern terminus will depend on project funding.

To gather public comment and take action on a proposed toll rate and penalty schedule for the I-25 and US 36 Express Lanes. In 2014, HPTE selected Plenary Roads Denver as the concessionaire for the US 36 Express Lanes project. This summer, Phase 1 of the project (Pecos to 88th Street) will open.
