NOFA - 2019 Consolidated Call for Capital Projects

CDOT Division of Transit and Rail's (DTR) application call for its 2019 Consolidated Call for Capital Projects (CCCP) is expected to open October 1, 2019.

The Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) in Fall of 2019 will announce the availability of over $32 million in federal, state and private funds, including Volkswagen Settlement Trust funding for zero-emission fueled vehicles.  Applications are sought from both public and specialized transportation providers for transit capital projects—including vehicles, facilities, equipment and major engineering studies.  Funding is not available at this time for operating or administrative costs.

All applications must be submitted through DTR's awards management system (COTRAMS).  Applicants that are new to COTRAMS or will be first-time DTR applicants must contact Ken Mooney at [email protected] to request a COTRAMS agency and user profile be set up.  Additional materials are required of first-time applicants, so they are encouraged to reach out as early as possible.

Resources for Applicants and Interested Parties will be made available here at the time of the NOFA.

For inquiries and other information, contact Ken Mooney, DTR Programming Specialist, at [email protected]
