Interstate 25 Pothole Repair Tonight

Between 10 p.m. and midnight, Friday, Dec. 4, traffic will be slowed on southbound 
I-25 between the Bijou Street and Cimarron Street exits. Expect a 15 to 30 minute delay for pothole repair.

Additional Truck Activity 

Continue to watch for increased truck traffic on I-25 and Cimarron between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m., Sunday through Thursday for the next few months as trucks haul material for embankment work.

Safety Alert

Pay close attention when driving near the I-25/Cimarron Project. Slow down, observe speed limits and avoid distractions.

  • Maximize overall safety, capacity and operation of the interchange and the surrounding transportation network within the Project budget;
  • Complete Project construction to be fully operational before December 1, 2017;
  • Minimize impacts and inconvenience to the community, motorists, businesses, downtown and the public during construction; and
  • Achieve an aesthetically pleasing design compatible with current and future amenities and enhancements in and around the interchange.
