CO 14 Poudre Canyon Guardrail Installation

In early September 2017, crews will install guardrail, patch and mark the pavement, and add signage to Colorado Highway 14 (Poudre Canyon Road), west of the CO 14 and US Highway 287 intersection in Larimer County. Work is scheduled for completion in mid-November 2017.


  • Normal working hours: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday

Traffic Impacts

  • Starting Monday, Sept. 11, expect the following impacts on eastbound and westbound CO 14, from mile markers 102.3 -116.5:
    • Lane closures and lane shifts
    • Single-lane configuration with traffic flow switching between eastbound and westbound CO 14
    • Traffic stops for up to 10 minutes
    • Restrictions on loads larger than 10 feet
