Law Enforcement Champions Awards Nomination Information

We are excited to announce that Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) have joined forces for 2019 to honor law enforcement personnel in communities across our state who work every day in an effort to keep our Colorado roads safe.

The 2019 MADD & CDOT Law Enforcement Champions Awards will take place in May of this year – in Grand Junction on May 8, and in Denver on May 22. Additional details regarding each venue will be sent at a later date.

We invite you to join us in showing our appreciation by submitting a nomination for those in law enforcement that you work with whom you feel went above and beyond in their efforts.

Please complete the form for each individual and/or agency that you nominate – one form per nomination. As indicated, nominations should include relevant statistics and achievements as they relate to the award category, as well as a photo of the nominee(s). Nominations are for activities and achievements from Jan. 1-Dec. 31, 2018. 
  
Submit nominations no later than Feb. 25, 2019.
