Photo of the Month: Western Regional Commercial Vehicle Safety Summit

North Dakota State University hosted the third Western Regional Commercial Vehicle Safety Summit in Denver with Colorado State Patrol co-hosting. 

This Summit focused on efforts to reduce distracted driving by commercial vehicle drivers and others operating around commercial vehicles, and to improve commercial vehicle safety in work zones. The summit brought together representatives from law enforcement, driver licensing agencies, highway safety offices, universities, and industry to share State best practices, resources, and partnerships. 

Glenn Davis represented Colorado Highway Safety at this meeting. 

Gina Espinoza-Salcedo represented National Highway Traffic Administration Region 8.
