Eastern Colorado Mobility Study
https://www.codot.gov/projects/studies/EastCoMobilityStudy.pdf
April 2002 - The Eastern Colorado Mobility Study was undertaken to assist the Transportation Commission of Colorado in making investment decisions regarding infrastructure improvements to enhance freight mobility in a large part of the state. The study area includes all of eastern Colorado, extending to the I-25 corridor on the west and Colorado’s borders on the north, east and south. 1st Annual High Performance Transportation Enterprise Report - FASTER requires that the Enterprise issue a report of its activities to the legislature by February 15, 2010, and further requires that the report be posted on CDOT’s website by January 15, 2010. This report fulfills that requirement. Since all of the obligations of the CTE were assigned to the HPTE, this report also addresses the activities of the CTE within Fiscal Year 2009 prior to March 2, 2009 when FASTER was signed in to law.No publisherCTIOLibrary2010/01/19 09:21:00 GMT-6File2009 Bridge Enterprise Annual Report

While the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act provided a one-time infusion of $404 million to address the backlog of delayed projects it is only a small portion of the $1.5 billion per year additional transportation investment recommended by the Governor’s Blue Ribbon Panel. FASTER legislation will help by contributing nearly $250 million annually to the funding shortfall and by repairing many poor bridges. But it represents only a portion of the amount needed to deliver a 21st century transportation system to Coloradans. No publisherLibrary2009/12/31 01:00:00 GMT-6FileAppendix

The CO 392 Environmental Overview Study identified a transportation solution supported by local and regional planning partners that identifies right of way, which must be preserved for improvements. This plan will be used by planners to set aside right of way as development occurs along the corridor. https://www.codot.gov/safety/assets/surveys/2008StatewideFinalReport.pdf
The primary objective of this study was to conduct a comprehensive statewide seat belt usage survey in order to determine the usage rate for the State of Colorado in 2008. The statewide survey was conducted in the same month (June) as preceding surveys with essentially the same observer staff as used in previous studies in order to leverage the training and experience and to maintain statistical confidence in the data-gathering task.No publisherClick·It·or·TicketLibrarySafetyProgramsSurvey Tabulation SheetsCar Seats2009/12/23 12:20:00 GMT-6File2008 CDOT 16-20 Seat Belt Usage Survey Final Report

https://www.codot.gov/projects/studies/us-50-access-control-plan
US 50 is an important resource for the communities of Colorado's Western Slope. Traffic volumes on US 50 are projected to significantly increase in the future. One of the best ways to keep the highway safe and efficient is to manage the location and design of intersections and driveways (access points). This ACP evaluated the portion of the US 50 corridor located just west of Grand Mesa Avenue to SH 141A in Whitewater.
