Colorado Scenic and Historic Byways 25th Anniversary

The Colorado Scenic and Historic Byways will celebrate its 25th Anniversary in March 2014. We are embracing our silver anniversary by celebrating from the fall of 2013 through the end of 2014. This will provide many opportunities for our 25 Scenic and Historic Byway organizations to initiate grassroots' efforts. In 2014, we will re-dedicate the 25 Byways through a proclamation. The byway organizations can plan to attend the June conference to receive updates, educational workshops, and more. There will be a toolkit created to do a year-long "do it yourself" public relations' activities to gain awareness and increase travel along the byways. This will enable each byway to pick the items that work within their area and overall with the statewide theme. The Colorado Scenic and Historic Byways Program is a statewide partnership and directed by the Colorado Scenic and Historic Byways Commission.

As the tools are created, they will be posted online.
