Updated Travel Advisory - CO 10 at US 160 under I-25 - open until further notice

• Colorado Highway 10 at the U.S. Highway 160 junction under I-25 will remain open until the next phase of safety critical work, with intermittent lane closures in place
• Lane closures will be taken during working hours, with alternating directions of traffic managed by flagger operations
• Previously, the highway was slated to remain closed 24/7 with only occasional lane reopenings for equipment mobilization
• CDOT will reclose both directions of the highway during safety critical construction activities
• All stakeholders will be notified in advance of the next full closure
• During full closures, detour routes will be posted with up to 10 miles and 7 minutes in additional travel time expected
• Closures are necessary to maintain safety for the railroads, the construction crews, the surrounding community, and the traveling public
• The project/closure limits extend from Mile Point 0 to MP .25
• All construction schedules are weather and work dependent and subject to change
