Please be advised of the following traffic impacts, restrictions and planned work for next week for the I-25 Walsenburg Bridge Replacement project in Huerfano County.

Weekday Traffic Impacts

Monday, March 18 to Friday, March 22 - both directions of Colorado Highway 10 under I-25 - intermittent daytime lane closures, managed by flagger operations
  • CO 10 under I-25 will remain open until the next phase of safety critical work, with intermittent daytime lane closures in place

  • Periods of full closure of both directions of CO 10 under I-25, with detour routes in place during safety critical work
  • Weekday lane closures in both directions of CO 10, managed by flaggers
  • Lane closures in both directions of I-25 and on CO 10 below the bridges during various phases of work
  • This state and federally funded infrastructure upgrade project is designed to improve the safety of two aging bridges to support increased traffic on the I-25 corridor
