Project Specification Assembly Tool (PSAT)
(Due to ADA requirements for specs, their titles are not showing up in the package. We are working to solve this.) This Tool assembles the required Project Special Provisions and the current Standard Special Provisions Index into an overall Specifications Package for use in an advertisement set. The User will be required to heavily edit the resulting Project Special Provisions package for their specific project. The PSAT maybe have to be downloaded to user's computer and Macros must be enabled. ___________________________________________________________________
