In accordance with the notice provisions contained in 38‑26‑107 C.R.S. 1973 as amended, the DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, STATE OF COLORADO has established March 5, 2020 as the date of final settlement with Hamon Infrastructure, Inc.., in Denver County. This project is located at I-25 and Santa Fe where a new SPUI (Single Point Urban Interchange) will be built. Included in the work will be realignment of Kalamath Street from Alameda to Santa Fe and a frontage road east of Santa Fe from I-25 to just south of Alameda. Work will be completed on Alameda between Santa Fe and I-25. Finally, improvements will be made on Santa Fe from Byers to just north of Tennessee.  This project consists of replacing the SB Santa Fe Bridge over the South Platte River. Kalamath, Santa Fe and a frontage road will be reconstructed using 14" of Aggregate Base Course and 8" Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA). There will be seven walls constructed in the vicinity of the new SB Santa Fe Bridge over the South Platte River. The Santa Fe and frontage road intersection will be replaced and moved to the north. This project includes new lighting, traffic signals, guardrail, and storm pipe facilities.

Claims containing a verified statement of the amounts due and unpaid must be in the form of a written affidavit and must be received by the CONTROLLER, Department of Transportation at 2829 W. Howard Place, Denver, Colorado, 80204, on or before 5:00 p.m. of the final settlement date above.

Effective July 1, 2013, Colorado Department of Transportation will no longer advertise Notice of Final Settlements in newspapers and will only post Notice of Final Settlement advertisements on CDOT’s website (https://www.codot.gov/business).
