Extra-Legal Vehicles or Load
OS/OW loads are prohibited from travel when hazardous conditions exist. Hazardous conditions include SNOW, ICE, MUD, ROCKS, WIND and REDUCED VISIBILITY. No oversize movement is EVER allowed where the Chain Law is in effect. Overweight only are allowed to chain up and proceed as conditions allow. See Rule 2 CCR 601-4, 4-1, D.
