Frequently Asked Questions
All attendees registered for the “Two-day Participant” level have access to two-full days of sessions. Coffee, breaks with snacks, and lunches are also included. The dinner and networking event is included as well but please be aware that this is a ticketed event, if you do not RSVP for this part of the program you will not receive a ticket at check-in.
Attendees that are registered for the “Executive Participant” level have access to the sessions in the afternoon of day in addition to the dinner and networking event. This is a ticketed event, entry is dependent on prior registration and cannot be accommodated on the day of the event. Tickets for registered participants are provided at check-in at the tables prior to entry.
If you are no longer able to attend the event please contact the individual that registered you prior to the event. In some cases we can accommodate a switch in attendees but this may result in a name tag not being prepared for the new participant if notice is not given prior to January.
R4 Base Course presenters and committee have put a lot of time and effort setting up and coordinating these sessions for you. It is highly encouraged that everyone attend to get the most benefit out of the event and to show your colleagues respect for their efforts. It is understood that projects do not stop for this event so if you are unable to attend a session please remove yourself from the immediate presentation area so as to not disrupt the speakers.
To be determined.
Please submit your dietary restrictions to the provided dietary survey posted under the Questions & Forms page. Oftentimes Embassy Suites is able to accommodate a variety of dietary needs which they mark clearly along the buffet line. If Embassy Suites is unable to make the necessary adjustments an additional ticket will be provided to you; this is to be handed over to the Embassy Suites employee stationed near the buffet. They will then provide you with a pre-prepared plate that can either be added to from the buffet or will be a full meal depending on the dietary restriction.
