Telephone Town Halls

CDOT regularly hosts telephone town halls, through which our team sets up conference calls for specific areas of the state, then calls local residents at random to engage them in discussions about transportation issues that matter to them. These calls provide a forum for citizens to engage with the CDOT team and transportation commissioners, and for those who are not called at random to phone in and participate.

Check this page frequently for updates on forthcoming events.

In October 2018, CDOT held statewide telephone town halls to engage Coloradans in discussions about local transportation matters, and provide a forum for people to ask questions of their transportation commissioner and key CDOT personnel.

In July 2018, CDOT called residents at random, and invited them to participate in one of these region-specific telephone town halls. These town hall calls included a discussion of local transportation matters, and provided a forum for people to ask questions of their transportation commissioner, and key CDOT personnel.

Anyone who did not receive a call but wanted to participate was able to call in, toll-free, via a number provided to the public.
