Odometer Instructions

Notification:

Azuga will send an alert (if using the app) and an e-mail when it is time to submit odometer readings

Mobile odometer reading submission:

Odometer readings can be provided by using the Azuga Insight mobile app or through Azuga's website. Your login is the email and password you created when you first enrolled into the program.
You may enter your odometer reading as many times as you want during the month. The most recent reading enter will be used for processing your road usage charge (RUC)

Calculation and statements:

On the last day of the month, the last value will be used to determine the road usage charge calculations.
Statements are generated on the fifth of the month.

Enroll in the Colorado RUCPP through the Azuga Insight website and choose the Odometer Reading Option
Enter vehicle information and provide current odometer readings for vehicle(s) enrolling. The current odometer reading for the vehicle needs to be accurate as this becomes the baseline for all the RUC calculations.
You must submit a picture of your odometer during enrollment and at the end of the pilot. You can submit a picture one of three ways:
- Take/Submit a picture using the Azuga Insight mobile app (see instructions below).
- Email a picture to the Colorado RUCPP Help Desk at [email protected]
- Submit your odometer reading picture by mail to:

You will receive an email when it's time to update your odometer reading
Log in to the Azuga Insight web portal and you will see a notification on the Dashboard.

Click on the notification. A pop-up box will give you the option to enter the updated odometer reading of your vehicle. If there are multiple vehicles in the account, you can select the vehicle and give the updated readings for each vehicle respectively. No picture can be submitted through the web portal.

Click on "Submit." Your entry is saved automatically. You may edit/update the readings as many times as you wish during the month. On the last day of the month, the most recent reading entered will be used for RUC processing.

You will receive email notification as well as notification in the mobile app when it is time to update your odometer reading.

Tap the "Enter Mileage" button. The following screen will open where you may enter the updated odometer reading for your vehicle.

Once you enter the odometer reading, the option to take a picture is enabled. Tap the camera icon to take a picture.

Once the odometer reading is entered and the picture has been taken, tap the "Submit" button. Your odometer reading has been updated! If you wish, you may edit/update the readings as many times as you wish during the month. On the last day of the month, the most recent reading entered will be used for RUC processing.
