CO 257 Big Thompson River

Crews on this project removed material brought in after the flood of 2013 to open the road and replaced it to standard. Both bridge approaches were damaged during the 2013 floods.

Riprap material was placed at the north abutment to prevent damage during large storm events. This $2.4 million project was completed from mid-September to December 2015.
