Project Overview
Beginning December 2019, travelers on a small stretch of Lincoln Street (aka, Colorado Highway 96) in Pueblo—from W. Orman to W. Abriendo avenues—will see improvements to the traffic signals and drainage system.
Completed work includes:
- replacing three signals at Abriendo, Evans and Orman avenues;
- replacing curb ramps to comply with Americans With Disabilities Act standards;
- modifying the median at Abriendo Avenue to accommodate a southbound double-left-turn lane; and
- replacing the drainage system at Abriendo Avenue.
