CO 30/Gun Club Rd. Widening at Hampden

Project Complete!

The project consisted of installing a right turn lane from southbound Gun Club Road onto westbound Hampden Ave. Additionally, crews made minor improvements to the signals, as well as the drainage infrastructure of the field next to the intersection. Work took place at this intersection and the stretch of roadway leading up to the intersection.

Project Benefits

  • The project has improved and prolonged the life of the roadway, as well as reduce delays.
  • Additionally, this turn lane will increase safety by adding a dedicated space for vehicles to slow down and make a safe turn.
