Project Background
Described by the public as "confusing," the Interstate 25 and exit 11 interchange in Trinidad is slated for improvements that will address several safety issues in the area.
Among the problems cited about the I-25 and exit 11 interchange is the close proximity of the highway ramp to a frontage road, and stop-sign control. These and other issues have caused near-accidents and, at times, slowed traffic.
