Please be advised of the following travel advisory, lane closures, restrictions and planned work for next week for the I-70 over 32nd Avenue Bridge Replacement project in Jefferson County.

Travel Advisory - Westbound I-70 Overnight Traffic Shift - Sept. 27-28
Westbound I-70 traffic within the project limits will be shifted into its final configuration during overnight hours on Sept. 27, with a backup date of Sept. 28. The following impacts will be in place:
- Implementation of the traffic shift will include setting temporary barrier, restriping the lanes, and realigning traffic
- Motorists can expect a single lane closure followed by double lane closures and short delays on westbound I-70 during the overnight shift
- The single lane closure will be taken from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. followed by a double lane closure from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- The scheduled date of Sept. 27 is weather dependent, with a backup date of Sept. 28
- Once the overnight shift is implemented, traffic will be in its final configuration
- The project limits extend from Mile Point 263 to MP 265
- Three lanes of traffic will be maintained in each direction of I-70 through the work zone
- No impacts to eastbound I-70 or 32nd Ave. under I-70 are expected during the shift
Work includes moving barrier, restriping lanes and realigning traffic.

Other Traffic Impacts - I-70 and 32nd Ave under I-70
Sunday, Sept. 24 to Tuesday, Sept. 26 - Westbound I-70 - periodic overnight lane closures
- Single lane closures may exist on westbound I-70 from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday to Tuesday, as needed for equipment mobilization and preparation for the traffic shift
- Single lane closures may switch to double lane closures from 10 p.m. and last until 6 a.m., Sunday to Tuesday, as needed
- The project limits extend from Mile Point 263 to MP 265
- All schedules are weather and supply dependent and subject to change
Work includes installing new guardrail, misc. conduit work, and preparing for the traffic shift.

Monday, Sept. 25 to Friday, Sept. 29 - 32nd Ave under I-70 - daytime lane closures
- Various lane closures will be in place during daytime hours in both directions of 32nd Ave under I-70
- The closures will be taken from approx. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday
- Some Saturday work is expected
- Sidewalk access is limited and caution is advised
- All schedules are weather and supply dependent and subject to change
Work includes asphalt and concrete work on the median.
