Combined Final Tier 1 Environmental Impact Statement/Record of Decision
Project Background
This Tier 1 EIS addresses a 150-mile-long portion of US 50 through southeastern Colorado, from near the City of Pueblo east to the vicinity of the Colorado-Kansas state line (see Figure 1-1). FHWA, CDOT, and local governments have identified the need to improve safety and mobility on this mostly two-lane highway, which traverses four counties.
