Arapahoe Road from I-25 to Parker Road Intelligent Transportation System installation

This project will install fiber optic cable on Arapahoe Road, from I-25 to Parker Road (SH 83). This will accommodate the future implementation of the intelligent transportation system (ITS), which will include the use of connected vehicles (aka, driverless cars).

Project work, estimated to cost $3 million (and valued at $15 million), will be completed during the day, Monday - Friday, through November 2016.
