Crews on this project will replace a 66-year-old bridge on Colorado Highway 96 over Rush Creek just west of Pueblo.

Specific work includes putting in place a detour as crews remove the bridge, installing a box culvert, and grading paving and striping the new structure.

Travel Impacts

  • Working hours: 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • A detour will be in place starting July 9.
  • The project is scheduled to be completed from June 25, 2018, to November 2018.
