CO 115 single-lane alternating traffic planned on Sunday
Colorado Highway 115 will be reduced to a single-lane configuration with flaggers and a pilot vehicle alternating northbound and southbound traffic continuously from 2 a.m. on Sunday, July 16 to 6 a.m. on Monday, July 17 near Hitch Rack Ranch Road (Mile Point 34). This configuration is necessary to pave a narrow section of the highway and the bridge over Little Turkey Creek. The length of the single-lane operation is less than one mile. Drivers should expect delays (up to 15 minutes) and be prepared to stop for flaggers.
Crews will also perform paving operations on Saturday during the day adjacent to the travel lanes. One lane in each direction will be available on Saturday.
Paving operations are weather-dependent, and the schedule is subject to change. Any changes to the weekend work schedule will be displayed on message boards along the corridor.
