CO 392 & CR 55 Turn Improvements

About the Project:

WELD COUNTY – The Colorado Department of Transportation will begin construction on the CO 392 and CR 55 turn improvements project in Weld County on Aug. 9.

This project is located on the southwest turn corner of CO 392 and CR 55 at Mile Point 123.5. Mountain Constructors has been selected for this project, and work is expected to be completed in the fall.

Crews will work on widening on the southwest turn corner of CO 392 and CR 55. Additionally they will work on the creation of a channelizing island on the southeast corner along with stop sign relocation, signing, and delineator installation. Minimal traffic impacts are expected on this project, with reduced speeds and occasional intermittent lane closures occurring during working hours from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
