About the Project:

Full depth reclamation on CO 71 between Ordway and Punkin Center.  Hot mix, structure and culvert work

Benefits

• Resurfacing can significantly extend the life of the asphalt pavement
• A smoother surface offers safer driving
• A smooth road or highway improves the safety and quality of the driving experience

Work Schedule:

• Construction will begin on July 17th
• Daytime work hours are Monday through Friday sunrise to sunset
• The project is anticipated to end in May of 2024

Traffic Impacts:

• This project is in winter shutdown until April 2024.
