CDOT highly values public and agency participation, and we need to hear from those who travel and live along Cottonwood Pass to help inform decision-making. Join the project mailing list or submit a comment at any time.

Comments submitted by March 31, 2023 will be considered before the concept design option evaluation is finalized for inclusion in the Concept Design Report.

Round 1 Public Meetings - July 2022

Public meetings were held on July 19, 2022 (at the Glenwood Springs Community Center) and July 20, 2022 (at the Gypsum Town Hall) to introduce the project and gather feedback regarding the potential improvements.
