About the Project
This was a safety and traffic operations improvement project located at Interstate 70 and Ward Road (Colorado Highway 72) in Jefferson County. The project included widening and overlay of pavement and on/off ramps, the installation of new ramp meters and signs, and the addition of permanent water quality features and improved access to the RTD Park n Ride.
Work Schedule
- Work is substantially complete
- Guardrail repairs on Ward Road/CO 72 are scheduled for mid to late January 2022
