I-76 Denver Metro Sign Replacement

About the Project:

Sign replacement work will take place along I-76, from the end of I-70 all the way to Lochbuie. The sign replacement project will happen over a 6-week period on I-76, Mile Point 0 to MP 26.

Work Schedule:

  • Work will last approximately 1 month
  • Work hours range from Sunday through Thursday from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
  • Some overnight work is expected

Traffic Impacts:

Motorists can expect the following impacts during the period of construction:

  • Vehicles will be reduced to a single-lane, alternating traffic intermittently in either direction, throughout the duration of the project
  • Lane closures, guided by flaggers, will have up to 15-minute delays
