Survey Overview The Colorado Department of Transportation mobility hub in Longmont. CDOT is conducting a site selection study for a mobility hub on I-25 in Castle Rock. The hub could be similar to the hub in Longmont. Credit: Courtesy CDOT The Colorado Department of Transportation is excited to share the I-25 Mobility Hub Site Selection study for the Town of Castle Rock. We’re working closely with the community to explore options to design and build a mobility hub that improves travel choices for residents and commuters. The hub will serve as a transportation center with connections to Bustang, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, potential local shuttles and future transit opportunities like the Front Range Passenger Rail. Bustang is a service provided by CDOT and is a separate entity from the Regional Transportation District (RTD). The mobility hub will not connect with RTD services. We’re seeking your valuable input to help guide the selection process and ensure the hub meets the community’s needs. There are three potential sites under consideration for the I-25 Mobility in Castle Rock: Brickyard/Plum Creek Parkway Wolfensberger Walker-Pine Canyon Colorado's population has grown significantly in the past decade and is projected to continue to grow and urbanize in the future. CDOT and its partners continue to plan and implement high-quality transportation infrastructure and services that can accommodate Colorado’s significant population growth and changing needs. Mobility Hubs play a critical role in this transportation infrastructure. This questionnaire is an important step toward improving I-25 to support safer, more comfortable and better-connected transportation choices for everyone. You will have the option at the end of the questionnaire to provide your email address to receive project updates. Updates will also be posted to the project website at codot.gov/projects/studies/i25mobilityhubcastlerock.
