Weld County Americans with Disabilities Act Curb Ramps

About the Project

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) curb ramp work will take place in multiple locations, including:

  • CO 60
  • 28th Street
  • US 34
  • 8th Avenue
  • 2nd Avenue

The ADA requires state and local governments to make pedestrian crossings accessible to people with disabilities. It is often difficult or impossible for a person using a wheelchair, scooter, walker or other mobility device to cross a street if the sidewalk is without curb ramps.

The project work will be completed starting in Milliken, heading north to Greeley.
