Design-Bid-Build Construction Project Advertisements

CDOT posts new advertisements on a weekly schedule from October through March and on a bi-weekly schedule from April through September. Our next advertisement date is April 30, 2026. A schedule of future planned advertisement dates is available through this web link to the Bid Advertisement Schedule.

All projects currently advertised for bidding are listed in the table below. Projects Anticipated to be advertised for bid over next 180 days are available through this web link GoSheet Anticipated Project Report (this report is updated each week on Thursdays). In addition to this report a corresponding interactive dashboard with a map is available through this web link GoSheet Dashboard.

Projects anticipated to be advertised for bidding in Calendar Year 2026 can be found through this web link 2026 Anticipated Project Report. This report will be updated once a year at the end of December.  

Note: Advertised project bid solicitation documents can be accessed through the CDOT Business Management System (B2G) from this web link B2G. This includes Plans, Specifications, Bid Proposal Files, Revisions, Questions and Answers, Plan Holder Lists, and other related documents. After logging into B2G, project bid details are found under the home screen "View" tab, then click on "My Bid Solicitations" in the dropdown list.

Notice to all contractors bidding CDOT projects:  The Colorado Department of Transportation, in accordance with the Provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.

This project is located in Region 3 in Mesa County. Project work consists of hot mix asphalt resurfacing and other improvements on I-70 from MP 31.39 - 37. Please contact Kaitlyn Clark at 970-683-6351 for all project related questions.

*FSA R300-296 (27387) 

This project is located in Region 3 in various Counties. Project work consists of traffic signal upgrades at various locations throughout the region. Please contact Andi Staley at 970-985-2878 for all project related questions.

*NHPP 5502-103 (22182) 

This project is located in Region 5 in Ouray County. Project work consists of wall repairs on US 550 at MP 88.6 along with tunnel maintenance at MP 90.84 for shotcrete liner repairs and cleanout of underdrain. Please contact Beaux Kemp at 970-946-5815 for all project related questions.

A mandatory on-site pre-bid conference will be held on April 23, 2026 beginning at 10am. Bids will only be accepted from pre-qualified bidders who attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting.  Please contact Beaux Kemp ([email protected]) by 5pm on April 21, 2026, to confirm participation in the meeting. If weather is determined to be a concern for the on-site meeting, Beaux will send a link to a virtual meeting as an alternative. That link will only go to contractors who have confirmed participation by 5pm on Tuesday April 21, 2026.
