Process Guides

  1. Start: The Civil Rights Business Resource Center receives notice to close out the
  2. The Civil Rights Business Resource Center evaluates all civil rights elements for compliance at project close-out and completes the Certificate of Compliance form. (Figure 8-1).
  3. The Civil Rights Business Resource Center notifies the Project Engineer/Project Manager of potential sanctions. The PE/PM contacts the prime contractor to determine if there are any pending submissions.
  4. The Civil Rights Business Resource Center evaluates all remaining civil rights elements for compliance at project close-out and completes the Civil Rights Certificate of Compliance form (Figure 8-2).
  5. The Civil Rights Business Resource Center sends a copy of the form to the Subrecipient PE/PM and CDOT Division of Transit and Rail. (Figure 8-2).
  6. The Civil Rights Business Resource Center closes the project in LCPtracker (Figure 8-3).
  7. The Civil Rights Business Resource Center closes the project in B2GNow (Figure 8-4).
  8. The process ends.
