Flowchart C-2-0 FTA Capital Construction: B2GNow/LCPtracker Set Up

  1. Start: The Subrecipient awards the contract to the Prime Contractor and provides a copy of the award to CDOT DTR.
  2. CDOT Division of Transit and Rail (DTR) provides a copy of the award to the CDOT Civil Rights Business Resource Center (CRBRC)
  3. The CRBRC confirms that the wage determination is
  4. The Subrecipient completes Sections I and II of the FTA Capital Construction Project Setup for B2GNow/LCPtracker form. (Figure 2-1)
  5. The Subrecipient obtains the required details from the Prime Contractor to complete Section III of the FTA Capital Construction Project Setup for B2GNow/LCPtracker form.
  6. The Subrecipient completes Section III of the form and provides the form to the CDOT Civil Rights Transit and Alternative Delivery Project Manager.
  7. The CRBRC sets up B2GNow and LCPtracker for the project (Figure 2-2).
  8. The process ends.
