PD 513.1 Construction Project Specifications Effective June 2025

This Directive describes the responsibilities of individuals and committees related to specification development and review, and establishes procedures for developing, reviewing, and implementing specifications that are used on Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) construction projects.
