Overview

The 2018 Colorado Department of Transportation Division of Aeronautics Strategic Plan employed a logical, disciplined, and collaborative structure that defined the mission, vision, goals, objectives, and actions plans that will drive the day-to-day operation and management of the Division of Aeronautics. In essence, the Strategic Plan has transformed the Division’s mission and vision in a manner that helps guide the organization toward the successful and effective accomplishment of specific goals, objectives, and actions that will improve and sustain the Colorado Aviation System.
