USP Announcement, June 20, 2012

Given that the Colorado High Performance Transportation Enterprise is already considering plans of its own for funding/financing improvements in the following corridors, the Board of Directors of the HPTE has decided for now not to accept unsolicited proposals involving:

• I-70 East,
• I-25 North, or
• I-270

Instead, HPTE expects in the reasonably near future to be initiating procurements involving one or more of these corridors under the “Solicited Proposals” section of its Project Procurement Guidelines.
