CDOT Hosts the Colorado Stormwater Council for Water Quality Training

June 10, 2025

On June 10th CDOT hosted the Colorado Stormwater Council (CSC) at the Tom Boyce Water Quality Training Facility. The CSC is comprised of local agencies and other municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permit holders. This training focused on the Construction Sites Program where the CSC members learned about CDOT’s Transportation and Erosion Control Supervisor (TECS) training.

CSC members toured the training facility and participated in the labs and field portion of the TECS training. This was a great opportunity to showcase CDOT’s training and interact with other MS4 permittees. CDOT looks forward to hosting more collaborative training opportunities for the CSC in the future.
