US 160 Wolf Creek Pass East

From May to August 2016, crews repaired US 160, between mile posts 166.50 and 174 in Mineral County, via surface overlay work, by upgrading the guardrail and sealing the top of the snowshed.

This project also repaired a subsidence area east of the snowshed, and several locations of frost heave. The project began at the summit and extended east to the Wolf Creek Pass Tunnel.
